About a week after my last post, I went through all my potential donors and finally narrowed it down to one. Once that happened, I got all excited and immediately ordered both the long profile and the baby pictures. I hoped these would help solidify my choice, but after ordering them, reading through the profile, and looking at the pictures, I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed.
The long profile wasn't terrible, there were no scary things lurking in there (except maybe the celebrity they compared his looks to). So I'm not quite sure what's wrong, but he just doesn't feel right anymore.
Not that it matters, anyway, as this donor was supposed to have vials available in late June. However, I last checked about a week ago and he still did not have vials available.
I went back to my list, even widening my search to donors who have chosen to be anonymous/no contact, and I haven't found another one yet.
I have a few weeks before it will be go-time for the August cycle. Hopefully I can find somebody new by then.
